Mrs. Cubbison's Chicken Roulade

Ingredients

1 Pound Chicken Breast            

1- 6 oz. bag Mrs. Cubbison's Dressing      
3/4 cup Green Apple (diced)              
2/3 Cup Diced Zucchini                   
1/2 Cup Diced Ham                        
1/4 tsp Thyme                             
1 pinch Sage                             
1/2 tsp Rosemary                       
1/4 tsp Salt                             
1/4 tsp Pepper                             
1 pinch Poultry seasoning              
1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese grated         
3/4 cup Chicken Stock                   

Procedure:

Slice Chicken breast fillet style. Mix all spices together. Mix all but cheese in loaf pan. Lay breast on dressing, cover and bake for 30 minutes. Remove lid and add cheese. Melt cheese and serve.
