4-10 oz. chopped spinach (frozen) 1 box (2 - 6 oz. bags) Mrs. Cubbison's Seasoned Dressing Mix 2 cups onion (finely chopped) 1 cup red bell pepper (finely chopped) 12 eggs (well beaten) 1 3/4 cup melted butter 1/4 cup Sweet Vermouth 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/3 tsp. white pepper 2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. thyme 1 small can of oyster in water 1/2 cup roasted walnuts (finely chopped) PROCEDURE: 1. Cook frozen spinach in boiling water for 10 minutes, drain well and cool. 2. Heat 1/4-cup butter in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onions, and bell pepper. Sauté until tender. 3. Add Sweet Vermouth. Bring to a slow boil and reduce for 2 minutes, cool well. 4. Drain small can of oysters and finely chop. 5. In a large bowl, combine Mrs. Cubbison's Seasoned Dressing Mix, all sauted ingredients, oysters and nuts. 6. Add everything else to the mixture 7. Mix well 8. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Servings: 8-10 |
