Ingredients:
1lb Chicken Gizzards medium diced
3 cups diced onions
1 cup green pepper
1 cup minced garlic
1 cup cilantro finely chopped
1lb sweet butter melted
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup white cooking wine
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tsp oregano
12 oz tomato sauce.
2 cups cooked plain long grain rice.
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons ground black pepper.
1 6 oz bag Mrs. Cubbison’s Dressing.
In a skillet sauté gizzards with the butter and vegetables till done! Stir fry in the cooked rice and add broth wine an tomato sauce. Add dressing. Adding seasonings to taste. Place casserole dish bake and serve
