Little Stuff Pumpkins

INGREDIENTS:

1 box (12 oz.) Mrs. Cubbison’s Seasoned Dressing
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 tab and 1 tsp. ground cinammon
2 tsp. ground ginger
1 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
9 large eggs
1 cup milk
2 cups chopped walnuts roasted
2 cups melted butter
1 can (29 oz.) or 3 1/2 cups pumpkin
2 cans (14 oz.) condensed sweetened milk
8 to 10 little pumpkins or 1 large pumpkin

PROCEDURE:

1. Cut lid on top if the pumpkins. Wash and dry the inside of the pumpkins.
2. In a large bowl, add Mrs. Cubbison’s Seasoned Dressing along with the rest of the ingredients, and stir.
3. Pour mixture into each of the little pumpkins, or into one large pumpkin, as well as onto the baking pan, and bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 - 50 minutes.
