12 oz. Mrs Cubbisons Seasoned Dressing Mix 6 oz. Chicken Breast 8 oz. Red Hot Sauce 2 tbsp. Cajun Seasoning 2 tbsp. Cayenne Pepper 2 oz. Onions, medium dice 2 oz. Celery, medium dice 1 oz. Carrots, medium 4 oz. Butter 1 tbsp. Jalapeno Pepper, small dice 1 oz. Garlic, minced 4 oz. Chicken Stock, hot 1 tbsp. Sage T/T Salt T/T Pepper Parsley Combine in a mixing bowl the Red-hot sauce, Cajun seasoning, Cayenne, Salt, and Pepper, mix well, add the chicken breast. Let marinate for 10-15 minutes. Grill the chicken breast until well-done, then chop into medium dice. In a saute pan heat the butter, add the onions, carrots, celery, sweat until vegetables become translucent. Add the garlic, jalapenos, 1 tbsp. Cayenne and 1 tbsp. Cajun seasoning, let cook for a few minutes until ingredients are well combined. Add Mrs. Cubbisons Stuffing mix to the vegetable mixture, mix well. Add chicken stock a little at a time until you achieve your desired consistency. If putting stuffing inside of Turkey or Chicken add more chicken stock for a moist consistency. |
