![]() RAYJEAN'S FRENCH CANADIAN "CANCALE" CURRIED OYSTERS Courtesy of Rayjean Fontaine of Le Chardonnay Restaurant 1 can Crown-Prince Smoked Oysters 1/2 tsp. curry 1 Tbsp. cognac 1 tsp. butter Mix the oysters, curry and cognac together, and place the butter on top. Bake in a 400 degrees F oven for 10 minutes, and serve on Mrs. Cubbison's stuffing, or in a salad with Mrs. Cubbison's Restaurant Style croutons on top. Makes 4 servings. |
