 LASAGNA MEATLOAF Cook three strips lasagna noodles according to package in- structions. When cool, rip into 1 inch pieces. Before shap- ing meat into a loaf, add lasagna noodle pieces and 1/2 cup ricotta cheese. Just before serving: Top with heated spaghetti sauce. |
