 Sweet Potato Cream Cheese Pie 1 tsp. Butter 8 oz. cream cheese 1tbsp. sugar 1tbsp. honey 2 eggs 1 tbsp. heavy cream 1/4 tsp. vanilla 1/2 cup sweet potato pancake mix 1/4 tsp. cinnamon Whipped cream for topping Cream the butter until soft, add the cream cheese and continue to cream. Add the sugar and honey, cream them. Add the eggs, vanilla and cream to the mixture and blend together. Last, add the mix and cinnamon. Pour into the prepared 9" pie shell. Bake at 300°F for approximately 25-30 minutes. Cool and serve with whipped cream. |
