THANKSGIVING MADE EASY
SAVORY NUT AND VEGETABLE STUFFING


Ingredients:

1 box (two 6 oz. bags) Mrs. Cubbison’s Seasoned Dressing or Corn Bread Stuffin’
¼ cup butter or margarine, melted
1½ cups chopped onions
1½ cups chopped celery
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup chopped almonds or walnuts
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
1½ cups Martinelli’s Sparkling Cider

Procedure:

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add onions, celery and carrots. Sauté vegetables until tender, about 3 to 5 minutes. Toss with seasoned dressing, nuts and parsley. Gradually moisten dressing mixture with liquid, blending lightly. Cool thoroughly. Lightly spoon stuffing mix into turkey. Spoon extra stuffing into a greased 2½ or 3-quart casserole dish. Bake covered for 30 minutes at 350° F. Remove cover and bake 5 minutes longer, or until top is browned and crispy.
